  • At Sol Spirits, each hat is unique to their wearer & we want you to love yours. If your not completely happy with your purchase, here's how we can help: 

    • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on non-custom, unworn hats.
    • Hats must be returned in their original, unworn condition with tags & packaging intact.
    • Custom or made-to-order hats (including pyrography, sizing requests, hot branding, or custom trim) are final sale & can not be returned or exchanged.    

    Refunds & Store Credit

    Once your return  is recieved & inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, you'll recieve a full refund (minus shipping costs) or store credit, depending on your preference.

    Damages or Issues

    If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the box on arrival unopened or if the hat arrives squashed. We will do everything we can to make it right.

    Return Shipping

    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless the item is fualty or sent in error. We recommend using a tracked service - we're not responsible for lost returns.
