What are your hats made from?
All of our hats are made from 100% Australian wool felt. They're lined with premium silk + finished with a breathable cotton/linen blend sweatband for comfort + longevity.
Can I return my hat?
We accept returns on unworn, non-custom hats within 14 days. Custom-designed hats are final sale due to their personalized nature.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide via Australia Post. Shipping times + costs are calculated at checkout + all international orders include tracking + insurance.
Can I pick up my hat locally?
Yes - local pickup is available from Warren, NSW. Just select "Local Pickup" at checkout + we'll be in touch to arrange a time.
Do you offer custom hat designs?
Yes - custom work is at the heart of Sol Spirits. Each custom hat includes hand-drawn pyrography artwork, burnt directly into the felt + created uniquely for you.
What is pyrography?
Pyrography is the ancient art of drawing with fire. Using a heated tool, we create permanent, textured artwork by hand - no tow designs are the same.
How do I find my hat size?
You can measure your head using a soft tape measure + refer to our size guide below. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out - we're happy to help you find the perfect fit.
